Honesty – Not a month passes without someone in our company hearing this phrase. “Do what you say you’re going to do. Do it honestly.” Many times, companies will not be honest with customers and this can lead to big problems down the road. Honesty is extremely important to us as. Providing quick and accurate information to customers and vendors is a top priority and one of the many reasons we excel.
Dedication – Nothing beats hard work and dedication. Here at CBI Pipe we live and breathe the steel pipe industry. It is a part of our lives. It’s a part of our family. It’s no surprise we’re second to none in providing true dedication to our customers, vendors and service providers. This sets us apart from the other guys.
Integrity – In business integrity can mean many things. But for this example, we’ll use CBI’s outstanding financial record. We pay our bills on-time every time. We expect the same from our receivables. Financial stability during these tough times is rare. CBI is one of those rare gemstones that you should hold on to.
